This 2-hour, in-person class (2-4 PM) is beginner-friendly and open to all skill levels. Whether you’ve never worked with sourdough before or have tried and felt overwhelmed, this class is designed to help you build confidence and leave excited to bake at home.

How to properly feed and maintain a sourdough starter
How to make sourdough dough from start to finish

Dough that has been mixed and fermented, ready to shape during the session and take home to bake
A jar of active sourdough starter to begin your sourdough journey, plus a banneton bowl to take your dough home
A digital sourdough booklet featuring Brewer Family Farmstand’s original sourdough recipe
This is a small-group class with limited spots avaliable to ensure a hands-on experience and individualized instruction.
