Inspired by the warm, sweet flavors of a Texas Roadhouse-style roll, our Roadhouse Loaf takes that irresistable combination and brings it to sourdough. This soft, slow-fermented loaf is infused with honey, butter, and cinnamon throughout the dough, creating a subtly sweet, buttery loaf with warm cinnamon flavor in every slice.
It’s delicious all on its own, but warm it up and add a little butter—or go all in with honey cinnamon butter and an extra drizzle of honey.
This loaf is perfect for:
Toasting warm with butter
Slathering with honey cinnamon butter
